You are invited to fill out the APPLICATION FORM below.
We consider all applications and make offers for prices when we are able to assess the overal picture of stalls at the event, this process usually happns around November / December. In order to provide the very best retail experiences for our guests we have to be selective about our limited number of trading pitches so the more information you can give us below about you, your stall and your business, the better able we will be to judge how to provide a diverse and interesting range of stalls for the event. We will price trade pitches according to several factors including the size of pitch, number of individuals and nature of your business, we are open to discussion but cannot engage in long negotiation and reserve the right to make final decisions on who is acepted to trade at the event without giving reasons or explanations at our discretion. We don't guarantee bookings until your quoted price has been accepted and paid and we beg your patience while we prepare prices and offers.

Please note that you are required to have your own Public Liability Insurance and we will ask you to provide documentation for it prior to the event. There are no electric hook ups available for trading stalls, we are sorry that this is the case but it is the limitation of the physical site beyond our control.

We have now sent out offers to fill our limited spaces, those receiving thes eoffers will have until the end of January 2024 to accept and pay. If you are not in receipt of such offer we than kyou so so much for applying to trade and remind you that we may be in touch early Feb 2024 to offer places if sny become available . . . please do fill out the form in the meantime.
